Exhibition: “Football in Ghana: History of a Culture”

Football has always been one of the most loved sports in Ghana. The begining of a football season sparks excitement in many fans all over the country. The anticipation of the whole nation is nearing a fevered pitch on the 13th of June, as Ghanaians are looking forward to supporting the national Black Star team at the 2010 World Cup tournament.

Art Talk is a space created for visual artists and players in the field of vision to commune and interact on issues which directly/obliquely affect us and our world. The event will be of great benefit to artists, student artists and persons interested in the genre.

Activities will include discussions on issues related to visual culture and the world, film showings that will be critiqued as well as presentations made by artists relating to their works and ideologies. The event will take start on Wednesday, 14th April 2010 from 5:30pm to 7:30pm at the Nubuke Foundation.
